The staff

John-is the founder and backbone of Isaksen Insurance. He opened the business in 1995 as he saw a need to operate an insurance agency in a different, more personal way with a focus on customer service. John had a vision to make sure that clients receive the personal attention they deserve in this unique market that we have in the Florida Keys. John primarily now focuses on the sales aspect for the agency.

Emily -is John’s granddaughter and is a Conch, having been born in Key West and has been a member of our team for 5 years. Emily specializes in personal lines focusing on helping clients with their property insurance. Emily has the knowledge to help insured’s navigate the challenging aspects that we have in the Keys to give customers their best options for coverage and to make sure they are covered correctly.

Paula- is John’s daughter in law (Emily’s mom) and has been a member of Isaksen Insurance on and off since opening for business in 1995. Paula is our office manager and handles all aspects of the agency including personal lines, commercial lines and auto/boat insurance.  Paula was one of the original employees of Isaksen Insurance and has had relationships with some of our clients for 20+ years.

Jennifer -Has been with Isaksen for 3 years, she is integral part of our team as she handles the day to day operations and is a key member of our customer service team assisting clients to navigate quotes, questions and ensuring that clients get the attention needed in a timely manner.
